Rutledge Christmas Open House

Description: Rutledge will hold its annual Christmas Open House through Nov. 23. Down town shops and restaurants will be open and there will be artists and crafters in the city park. North Pole with Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at City Hall with a photographer on duty Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday noon to 4 p.m.
